Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm out to go try the run/bike portion of the triathlon I'm doing in a couple of weeks. I'm having serious second thoughts about it. It's a 3 mile run and 12 mile bike...6 months ago I would have done it no problem, but I struggled with the run last week.
Then it's off for the fun stuff...pedi and re-doing my nails...except I was just reminded that sunscreen messes up the fake nails. Hmm...need to figure that one out.
