Is it me or....? Re: Grey's
Last night I was so excited for the new episode. But by 9:40 I kept thinking "Ok, is something big going to happen?". The episode seemed to be very transitional. Perhaps since the last episode had the proposal, this new one just seemed a little lacking.
Next week's preview looks intense, but I can't figure out why Richard would freak out on Meredith? I thought he was trying to be more of a father figure to her. I'm confused.
What did you girls think of last night's show?

At one point I really thought Izzy was going to die.
I loved it..but I love Greys. I cried during the part where the little girl died. I was a mess.
I agree with you Virginny. I felt like last night was a building episode for next week. DH and I talk about that a lot with 24. There are full-on action episodes, then there are building ones.
I thought that the little girl dying was sad, but I wasn't attached to that story line at all. Maybe if it had been building over a few weeks, it would have gotten me.
Greatest part...Mere's engagement ring is the same as mine. When she held it up in the light, I paused the tv and said, "no way." That's right...I have the same engagement ring that McDreamy picked out. I knew my husband had good taste.

Ok, so yeah they are totally building it up for next week. It was sooo sad about the little girl.
I think Richard might feel guilty for all that happened to Meredith during her childhood. Like she said, he (along with her mother) ruined her childhood by comitting adultry. So maybe he knows he was wrong, and since now she has no family (except lil grey) he might want to be more of help.
