What's up for the weekend?
My boredom and impatience for the weekend continues!! The sun is shining in my window and I just want to go outside!!!
So what are you doing this weekend? New England is looking at some awesome weather - do the rest of you have a good forecast too?

Re: What's up for the weekend?
Tonight we are having our usual night at home with DVR on the couch.
Tomorrow C is going to the doctor because she's been fighting a cold for a week now and thinks she might have strep throat. And we're going to the Gap Outlet, which is having a huge sale - I was there earlier this week with my visiting friend and we both got a bunch of tops for less than $10 each! So I want to go back with Cecilia and get a few more things for each of us.
Then C's spending most of the weekend doing some homework for her grad school class. In between, I'm looking forward to going for a walk or two and sitting out on the porch - it's supposed to hit 80 degrees here!

oh man, its gorgeous outside!!! i just went for a walk around campus and had to drag myself in :-/
this weekend is going to be foster-licious for us....class (with finger printing, how exciting) for most of the day saturday then our home study most of the day sunday (he couldnt even give us an amount of time to plan for. just "i'll be moving in at 9am!"). in between that we'll be finishing the nursery, working on the yard/gardens, and going to a yummy Jewish deli - andrea's been craving a good chicken salad

Tomorrow morning our friend and I are taking her son and my two to see a show at a kids theater that is geared for 2-4 year olds. We'll go get lunch afterwards. L will come home after nap and will take the kids with her to the landfill to dump a mattress (we dissembled the guest room to make it into her office) and I'll get some much needed alone time. Grill out for dinner?
Sunday morning L will go write/study while I take the kids to the grocery store (and probably Costco.) Our friend is supposed to come over with her 4 kids (they have a daughter a month younger than the boys and then 1 year old triplets.) Her partner is working weekends and so she is flying solo. We'll have 6 kids under 3 and 2 adults at our house. Should be interesting! I don't know what we'll do after nap - play outside probably. Maybe take the kids to the gym to try out their new swim suits?
I love spring/summer when there is lots to do on the weekends! We have stuff planned every weekend between now and the end of May - fun stuff!
whoops I meant I'm working tomorrow and Sunday and today of course. My brain has checked out for today
Tonight we are taking the dog for a nice walk then having leftover grilled stuff from Wednesday then grocery shopping.
Tomorrow is our 6 month wedding anniversary! We have tentative farmers market plans, my haircut, checking out some fun window shopping we have not done yet, and a nice yummy dinner in. I will probably clean here and there too.
Sunday we are debating about whether to paint the future nursery together.
The weather is supposed to be crappy here - storms and rain. Today is supposed to be 82 though!
Tonight - working a new part-time job I just picked up.
Tomorrow - start painting the kitchen. Which really mean, take off the floor boards, sand, re-stain...prep wall....paint...put up chair rail...etc. So most likely it'll take the entire weekend.
Sunday - see above. Plus maybe a movie :-)
Well, this morning's appointment was a bust... (if these measurements were accurate, you'd think my follicles actually *shrank* between Wednesday and today), so we are headed back to the RE's office Saturday morning to check things out again. If things look better, they'll trigger me tomorrow morning and we'll have our IUI on Sunday morning... and then drive directly to the airport to put me on a plane to go to Detroit for a week (for work).
ETA: Oh, yeah, and somewhere in there (Sat evening) we're going to a baseball game with a co-worker of ours. And I have to mow the lawn. And take down the Christmas tree.

We too will have fantastic weather all weekend!
Tonight we are going to Live After Five. It's a free concert every Friday in the downtown area.
Tomorrow I will be helping a friend move. No fun at all.
Sunday, spending time with my wifey and chillaxin.
forget about the christmas tree - you've got bigger things on your plate! sorry to hear about the change in plans but it sounds like you're doing a great job of rolling with it. Best of luck for this weekend!

i'm having a crappy, crappy day and can't wait to get home to my wife.
we don't have a lot of definite plans for the weekend, but it's supposed to be gorgeous so i'm guessing we'll try to spend as much of it outside as we can. we have tentative plans for dinner tomorrow night with some friends.
i'm also going to learn how to use the riding mower...
oh, and i'm having the 30k service on my vehicle on sunday.
Thanks for the encouragement. At least I was able to contain my tears this morning until after the nurses left the room (poor S!). I am so worried that my trip is going to mess up this cycle (before I mentioned the trip they said I should come back Sun and have a Mon IUI). I don't want them to trigger me early just because of the trip, and of course this is more important than work (not to mention the $2k we've already spent on this cycle). That said, it will be a HUGE deal if I am not in Detroit by Monday afternoon when I'm scheduled to give a talk (my boss, and my boss's boss, and my boss's boss's boss will all be there). If I didn't have this stupid trip scheduled I'd be handling this all a lot better.

oy. you're in such a tough spot!
of course its fustrating (and a bit head dizzy-ing), so its perfectly okay to cry if you need to. just know that in the end its out of your control, and there can be future cycles if need be. big hugs to you!

The weekend. I think the weather here is going to be in our favor. YAYA! Portland is so unpredictable most of the time, but it's been goregous all week.
Tonight we are going to the IMAX with BIL and SIL, and walking the waterfront. I think we may hit up this classic roller rink tonight too.
Saturday the wife dog and I are hitting up. Portland's Farmers Market, and walking downtown. I can't wait to get som fresh produce. I'm super excited. We'll also stop Portland's Saturday Maket to look at all the crafty stuff, I need to get some soap and things.
Sunday well, I haven't thought that far ahead, I think we'll be going to ikea again.
