Moving to Knoxville
My husband and I are moving to Knoxville this summer. ?Since I'm new to this board, I was wondering if there were any Knoxville Nesties who could suggest good real estate agents or areas to considering buying a home in. ?

Hi,
I have lived in Knoxville all of my life so I know the area fairly well! I grew up in Powell and that is a great area but there are other areas that are more appealing in my opinion. Depending upon what your price range is here is what I would suggest! Just about anywhere in West Knoxville (Farragut, Cedar Bluff, Bearden, Rocky Hill, Sequayah area) is super nice, convenient to everything, and all the schools are great, however real estate in this area is more expensive than other areas. North Knoxville (Halls, Powell) are good areas too, but have more affordable real estate. They are growing, but not as rapidly as West Knoxville, schools are good, etc) I can suggest a great realtor, Rhonda Vineyard with ReMax. Email me if you want more info at lpanky@gmail.com. She is fabulous, my husband and I used her last Fall and purchased a home in December with her. She is well known and will work hard for you
. My husband and I bought a house convenient to West and North Knoxville in the community of Karns. Its really nice out here and we got a great deal on a home that is very nice in my opinion.

Thank you so much! ?I will keep Rhonda in mind. ?We hope to drive up (We live in GA now) in the next couple of weeks to start looking around town. ?I was hoping to find someplace somewhat to the North, since I'll be doing some driving to Greeneville and Morristown.
