beer in the butt chicken...
...we did that tonight for dinner and it was awesome!!!!!
So moist and the skin was deeeelicious.

don't even need a recipe! I picked up one of the stands at Home Depot (it's a silver metal with a ring to put the beer can in) - the chicken goes right over that. We put about 3/4 of a beer can in with some seasonings - garlic, chicken rub and oregano (that was dh's idea - i would have preferred some rosemary and thyme...). We put chicken rub on the outside of the chicken and let it get delicious on the grill. The packaging for the stand has specifics for the grill - dh had to turn different burners on and off and different times. All in all, it took 2 hours to make, but was worth every minute!!!
