a cooking marathon today. I have no idea what has gotten into me. I cooked breakfast, then decided to make Meatball subs for lunch so made meat balls & froze the uncooked ones for some time next week. I have my chicken marinating for tomorrow & my Salmon marinating for Tuesday & now I am baking brownies, while thinking what I should make for dinner tonight.

Wow... I am pooping myself out!

Yes... You ca help me plan my mom's 50th Birthday. I am thinking the Mai Kai. Mind you her Birthday is next week Wednesday. So I was thinking for that Friday, some type o dinner show & what not.
