Good doctor?
Hey everyone,
I am looking for a good primary care provider in the Portland area, preferably on the east side. Doesn't matter if they are MD, PA or NP. I would like someone who listens and who is someone aggressive. Anyone have someone to suggest? Thanks so much!!

I love Dr Jennifer Lochner at OHSU Family Medicine on the South Waterfront. She's an excellent listener, very informative, definitely never pushy. Not eastside, but maybe close enough? I've seen a couple of other docs at that clinic and have liked them all. Plus, the clinic itself is nice. The wait time isn't usually long, and I've always gotten an urgent apt the same day if I call first thing.
OHSU Family Medicine also has a clinic in Richmond, which may be closer to you. I assume that the docs and clinic are just as good.
Thanks! It's really the only way that I can keep my thoughts (and links!) straight - but I do hope it's helpful for other moms-to-be, too!
