Hey all~ Hope everyone had a good week so far. I've Lean Cuisined for lunch each day, had fish twice this week and been overall "good". No desserts even once! Whoohoo. As for exercise, Jack & I walked tons this week! We met DH at the train each night, there & back is almost 2 miles. We went for a long walk to the beach yesterday. And today we walked to Starbux to meet up with Abby, Chase & Sawyer...oh and their mommy's too. We also did some floor exercises on the mat together! He's such a good workout buddy. This weekend looks to be another good one to get out & about, so hopefully it will keep us all motivated.

So far so good this week! I've been keeping a food diary and planning my meals to stay on track. I did a spinning class Monday, 2 mile Run on Tues, and pilates on Wednesday. Tonight I meet with a personal trainer for the first time. I'm really proud of myself actually and writing this out is giving me the willpower i need to stay away from the munchkins in our office!!

I was good most of the week. Had oatmeal with raisins for lunch, frozen Kashi meals for lunch, and healthy dinners. had a few glasses of wine over the week...thats one of my weaknesses. And i have a dark chocolate bar in my desk drawer...i have one square a day. Today my work had pizza, so i had two slices (when i usually put away four!!)
I got to the gym only 2 times this week, but went riding on my bike once and went for a walk today over my lunch today.
As Dr. Laura would say "eat less, move more". this is my goal.

I wasn't great, but not bad either. I have stopped eating until I feel I might pop, so that is a plus. I haven't had soda at all, mostly water. I do indulge in a libation here and there, but not so mush dessert. Also I am having fruit when I have a sweet craving, and veggies when I have a savory craving. I even did my knee exercises a few times. I need to do way more exercise!
Well I didn't exercise like I thought I was going to this week. My allergies (cold?) have been killing me this week.?
I've been doing better with eating. I'm fine at work since I bring it, it's my snacking that gets me. I've been drinking more water too.
I've lost another pound this week. That's good enough for me. Keep up the good work ladies.?

I went to the gym Monday-Thursday and I plan to go today. Each day I was running for 16 minutes and walking for 14. I did weights each day as well.
I brought a salad for lunch 3 out of the 5 days and I've been a bit better with snacking. I've been bringing an apple for my morning snack.
My vice-principal commented that I look like I'm losing weight - that made my week!
