Out of control lawn

My neighbors across the street haven't mown their lawn at all.  The grass is over a foot tall...or more...considering I haven't taken a ruler out there and measured it.  It's ridiculous, and their yard is full of trash.  I don't live in a trashy neighborhood and we are trying to sell our house. It just does not look good!  Does anyone know who you call in St. Louis City for this?  I'm not usually a complainer, but seriously...mow your lawn!

We had to do the same when he were selling my H old house. We called the City of St. Peters.

Thanks I just sent a complaint. I feel bad, but if I have to mow my yard so do they!  Their landlord is probably suppose to mow it but they haven't been around in months.  I threw in another house down the street that we constantly walk by. It has been abandoned for years.  I'm sick of looking at it.  People want our city to look better but then people don't take care of their property. So sad... thanks for the website.

Your welcome. I felt bad when we called, but we lived next door to them and houses are investments. Nobody wants to buy or live near a neighbor that does not care enough/too lazy to maintain their property/protect their investment. GL.

Are they still living in it? It might be foreclosed and that's why no one is taking care of it.?

I don't know if it was my complaint, but they mowed!!! They did a pretty crappy job and they still need to weed eat, but at least they mowed.
