Do you watch the news in the morning? If so what channel?
We always watch channel 4 in the morning. They just started a new format this morning and I'm not sure if I like it or not.

Annek that's interesting. When you did the market research were you in favor of the new format? I don't like the fact that they are standing the entire show. It seems that other than that it really isn't all that different. If they really wanted to change the feel of the show they should have it set up like the national shows and have everyone sitting in a casual manner on a sofa or loveseat and have more of a discussion of topics/news stories.
I liked certain parts of it. I sort of liked that they were standing. It seemed like they were actually working and had a different energy. Other parts, like checking in with Y98 or their lame "what's hot on the internet today" segment, were totally useless. I basically want weather, traffic, local news and some national news. Skip the fluff. I have to admit, when I first saw the change, I just about covered my eyes and said, "Noooooo! Not change!" but by the time the 2 hours were up, I liked it.
I switch between 4 and 2.
Channel 5 gives me the heebie jeebies.
I'm the opposite.
I really like Channel 2 and Tim Ezell. To me, they seem the most lax. Every once in awhile I'll watch Channel 5, but they seem a bit too uptight for me. But I have to agree, I don't really care for April Simpson.
