What's everyone doing this weekend? I hope that we get the nice weather that has been promised to us by the weather people. At the moment, it's cold and grey here, but I am hopng that changes.
As for the weekend, DH and I are actually travelling north of KC to take our dog to boot camp (dont' flame me - she's a hunting dog and we are planning on getting her back in three months. Yes, I'm sad about it, but it needs to happen. I know, I'm a terrible dog-mother - but she's a DOG).
After we drop the Trixter off at school, we are headed back to Manhappiness and going to probably hit the town with friends. We both had long weeks.

DH is out of town for a bachelor party this weekend and I am looking forward to a nice quiet house to myself. I want to get some good junk food to eat and sleep in the middle of the bed! I will do the usual, too: cleaning, reading, and hopefully some shopping for my sister's b-day present (and probably something for me, too!).

Working tonight and part of Saturday, but the rest of Saturday will be spent cleaning and relaxing. And Sunday...my mom is coming up to help me shampoo my carpets! Nothing else, really...
What's wrong with sending your dog to boot camp? I think that sounds like fun!
Tonight: vegging out and getting stuff ready for the trip.
Tomorrow through Monday: Going to Branson to spend the weekend with my college housemates! One of the girls' parents has a time share that they are letting us use there, so all 6 of us are getting together. We're also going to have a little baby shower for one girl who is in the process of adopting a baby girl.
