1) 90 degrees in new england in April makes me wonder how i'm going to survive the summer
2) 3 days until may! May is a very exciting month for us
3) i brought leftovers for lunch but am really not feelin them
4) 3 hour conference this afternoon. i'd rather be napping
5) i surprised the wife by mowing the lawn yesterday
6) because of 5, it was a struggle to raise my arms above my shoulders to wash my hair this morning! we have an old-school non propelling mower and i'm SORE.
7) a year ago I was working on wedding invitations. today i'm working on nursery decor. this still blows my mind.
8) i cant wait for our ptown vaca. i'm a vacation junky.
9) our gardens need weeding and mulch.
10) I made raspberry brownies for A to bring into work today and i'm really regretting not saving one for myself.

1) I rushed into work today only to find out that the candidate that I was scheduled to interview is a no-show. Yea, he's been taken off the short list.
2) My kids were exceptionally cute/funny this morning. It is days like this that I wish I could stay home with them. But on days like yesterday, I am glad I work. :P
3) I am ready for spring not summer. 90+ degrees in April does not make me happy.
4) The boys' birthday invites are out (handmade from Etsy...so cute!) and we are getting RSVPs. YAY! I can't believe they'll be three.
5) The boys look freaking adorable in their new Lands End swim trunks and matching rash guard shirts. I love them (and they love them!) - even though I spent way more than I needed to.
6) Our federal refund was deposited yesterday. WHOO HOO!
7) We found out yesterday that my SIL is getting divorced. She's been married 3x since L and I got together almost 9 years ago. And 2 of those have been since we got married. Remind me again why we can't get legally married??? And why our marriage would defy the sanctity of marriage and her divorces don't?
8) We are taking the kids to a truck touch this weekend. It sould be a blast. They'll have construction vehicles, fire trucks, delivery trucks, ambulances, bookmobiles, etc that the kids can sit in and pretend to drive.
9) The following weekend we are taking them to Dutch Wonderland (an amusement park for the under 10 crowd.) It'll be nice to get out of dodge, even if it is just for one night. And the (way to far to be accurate) forecast has perfect weather!
10) My goal for this week is to get my desk cleared off. That isn't going to happen as long as I procrasinte online.
1) Now I'm wondering when CTBride is going to Ptown b/c I'm jealous
2) Did I officially start my period or not? This shouldn't be so hard to figure out.
3) I have to meet with my boss at 11am and it's going to be a bore
4) The color we painted our kitchen was not the color we picked out. Oh well.
5) I really want one of us on the board (or our wife) to be a one hit wonder.
6) White chocolate and coconut creamer is sooo bad for me, but tastes so wonderful.
7) I'm terrified by the spelling and grammer coming from 11th grade students (whose standardized tests I'm scoring)
8) I don't like sanding/mudding/paint ceilings - it sucks.
9) My bff is having a rough few weeks and I'm trying to figure out what salon/spa she goes to so I can get her pedicure g.c.
10) This weekend my mom told me that she and my dad want to come visit in the fall
1. I'm wearing capris and tank top today! 90 degrees doesn't bother me today because I'm in my office until 5, when it the temp will probably have dropped a little. Though, I'd be just as happy with a more appropriate 70/75 degrees.
2. I'm going to DSW to shop for sandals tomorrow, and I'm really really hoping I can find something cute, comfortable and reasonably priced. I always have horrible luck with sandals.
3. I'm crossing my fingers that the shade we want for our back porch comes in at Home Depot this weekend. They're waiting for a shipment, and I'm impatient!
4. The warm weather is making me long for PTown!! Is it June 13 yet???
5. I'm only going to be on my bcp for one more month. I'm so excited, but freaking out because I'm scared of how sick I'm going to get. I remember life before the bcp, and it was not fun.
6. I got behind on my advance cooking this weekend. I have over 3lbs of raw chicken at home that I have to deal with tonight...
7. I was telling C the other day - I don't even remember this time last year. I know we were in old our old apartment, and had just gotten through tax season, but other than our San Fran trip in May, I can barely remember a thing about this time last year.
8. Things are changing a little at my job which is a little unsettling since I'm still so new, but it looks like everything should be fine, so I'm just hoping it will be.
9. We are considering some new towns for home search - getting closer to the coast.
10. I have "No Other Love" by John Legend stuck in my head.

Indeed we will, and it was quite the happy accident! C and I booked ages ago because it was the only week that would jive with her work schedule, and then we found at that E & A will be there too! PLUS now C's parents are going to be on the Cape for part of the time too! I know you said way back when that you & K weren't going to do PTown this year, but if you change your mind....

I'd love to. But that time of month is most likely when IUI #2 will be...as you mentioned yesterday...it's so hard to plan around ovulation - lol!
1. this week and last have probably been the worst weeks i've ever had at work. i'm so frustrated.
2. c is getting her license back this week.
3. i can't wait for our mini-vacation this weekend.
4. i have so much to do to get ready for our mini-vacation.
5. we finished getting the tile up in the bathroom. i wonder if we can get it grouted before we go? ...i doubt it.
6. two weeks from today i will be married for two years.
7. right now i really want to be at home cuddling with my wife.
8. it's been hot here, and today we've got thunderstorms rolling in this afternoon.
9. i love thunderstorms. but i love them more when i'm at home. preferrably cuddling with my wife.

3. I'm worrying a lot this week about my best friend who is probably losing the kids she has been fostering and trying to adopt to their grandmother who has seen them for a half hour in over a year.

Two Mommies Healing Hearts
ooo- thanks! It was annoying b/c it was my first real lesson ever, and it was on something stupid that I had virtually no say in. Its a little nerve racking at this stage, all those little eyes on you...
1. I may or may not be on the jury of a seven-week trial starting midway through May. While I wouldn't particularly mind that (I'd still get paid my salary, and my job would be secure), it would royally screw things up re: going to Oregon for my sister's high school graduation. It's already screwing things up because I can't buy my plane ticket, request the time off or register for CLE classes I need to get out of the way until I find out if I'm on the jury or not...which will happen midway through May. Urgh.
2. I made Fiber One apple cinnamon muffins with just apple sauce instead of egg and oil tonight, and they came out awesome. I made cinnamon-vanilla glaze to go on them.
3. I'm nervous and excited about running my first half-marathon this weekend. I hope my feet hold up.
4. I wish I lived closer to my family so I wouldn't have to use vacation days to visit them. They're definitely worth it, but it would be nice to have more vacation days for actual vacation.
5. I couldn't find a clean sports bra this morning, and didn't wash any tonight. My laundry math skills are somewhat lacking, but I don't think this is a good sign for tomorrow.
6. I really want the welding goggles Neil Patrick Harris wears in Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. Not for welding. Just because they're awesome.
7. I hope something good happens for my mom soon. She could really use a boost.
8. I have two meetings tomorrow morning, which makes me feel like I should do something about my crazily chipped and ratty fingernail polish. But I won't.
9. I don't care much about professional hockey, or Kevin Smith, but I feel bad about how bad Kevin Smith is going to feel about the Devils losing tonight.
