Thanks...but the person who came out is also from centruy 21, but possibly a different location in town..not sure how they are about taking business from a fellow cent 21 person, but I may call her in a few weeks to set up a meeting. We are not even sure we are ready to sell right now, but I want to be prepared and know whats realistic. When she sold your condo, what was the commision if you dont mind me asking
I honestly don't remember what her commission was. From what I've been told you can negotiate their commission.
Don't worry about them both being from Century 21s. They are still competing agencies because they are owned by different people. The listing agent for the house we're buying is from Century 21 Alaimo & Corrado.
