As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We put an offer in!
Hi ladies! Last night we put an offer in on a perfect house for us! We love it! I am getting anxious waiting to hear back...in your experience how long has it taken for the sellers to respond? I feel like I can't wait another minute!!!

I have had sellers respond quickly and I have had sellers wait the entire 24 hours (within minutes--so nerve wracking) or ask for an extension on their response (they had another offer coming in--THAT was stressful).
The good news is that the sellers response time is no indication of whether or not you will get the house.....good luck!
