Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Ouch.
I hope my future foster child appreciates what i just had to go through 
I sqeezed a physical in this morning to comply with thier crazy deadline on the paperwork, and of course, part of the annual physical is blood work. unfortunately i have the worst veins known to man so this morning i was poked 3 times by my doc, then sent to the lab, poked two more times, wrapped in hot compresses, and they finally got some blood out of my hand. I have bruises and bandaids running up and down my arms - i look rediculous!
The social worker is gonna think i picked up a heroin habit.
