Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Cramping?
Is cramping a sign of ovulation? My period is exact every month, never a day early or late. I always have a 7 day period and then exactly 2 weeks after the start of my period I have cramping.
I checked the ovulation calculator on TB yesterday and it says I should ovulate around that time. Anyone else have this?

huh. c doesn't really get them, but the month we got pregnant she said the insem felt different--more pressure or something, she said it was hard to describe. interesting.
