I have an acura mdx which is on the same frame as a pilot. We have ours in the middle of the second row. Middle is the safest, but really have a car seat safety expert tell you were the best spot is. How the seat fits is more important then the location. I can't remember if you are in the Hartford area, but the South Windsor one on Wednesday mornings is the best! They are sooo helpful and knowledgeable.

Jess, I'm glad you posted this. I've been wondering the same thing.
I'd assume that the middle of the middle row seat would be the ideal spot, but we'll be going to a safety expert when it comes time to deal with that.
