Alright I'm bombarding your board again, but I feel this is a total PSA! We went to dinner at Deanie's on Friday night and had boiled crawfish. They were so mediocre. I know it's the end of the season, but these babies tasted like they didn't have an seasoning. I will still go to there and take people but never again for crayfish.
Anyone going to jazzfest next Saturday? They're currently calling for rain, but I'm hoping that changes. Dh's cousin is in from NYC and I want her to have a stellar time.

Re: Deanie's Seafood
I really don't like Deanie's. Jaeger's on Clearview is good. If you want great crawfish, drive to Belle Chasse and go to Salvo's. They have an all you can eat for $18.99 pp. SSoOOOO worth it.
The Galley on Metairie Rd. has good crawfish as well.
