Re: Weekend plans?
Tonight's the usual - takeout and DVR. Love it.
My porch rugs are due to arrive tomorrow! We'll go to home depot to see if the shade we want for the porch is in yet, and hopefully be able to roll out the rugs, put up the shade and admire our lovely back porch
Though of course the weather is supposed to be crappy.
As for the rest of the weekend, it's pretty flexible. We want to do some drive-bys of houses in some towns we haven't explored yet, and we need to do the usual Target and grocery shopping. And then on Sunday I'd like to do some more advance cooking. Pretty low-key, and I'm looking forward to it! Is it 5 yet????

Tonight we are going out dancing at the casino after I drop my daughter off at her Dad's house. I'm not really up for it but everyone else wants us to go so...
Tomorrow is DW's cousins quincenera. Only going for a couple hours and then heading home for some much needed relaxation.
Sunday is cleaning day for me, time to cudlle with my cats, and the day my daughter comes back home.
Two Mommies Healing Hearts
Tomorrow I'm going to a mothers of multiples sale in the city just north of Seattle. I mainly just want to check it out, but if I see something I need for my doula business of our future babies, I may buy it. Maybe I should set a spending limit now. After that we're taking Kai (our chihuahua mix) to the vet in the morning. We may head to IKEA during the mid-day/afternoon. Then grocery shopping before dinner. Tomorrow evening C will stay home and relax/work on her photography website while I go babysit for a family in town. I used watch their little girl and they now have a new 4mo baby boy too.
Sunday I'll go to my UU church and teach kindergarten (May Day theme) before an open afternoon and evening that will most likely include reading, the gym and a nice dinner at home.
Tonight - working on the kitchen make over
Tomorrow - more kitchen make over....but....one of our best friends is coming back to town for a visit (he just moved to DC) and we're having diner together. I'm so excited! I didn't realize how much I missed him until he called and said to STD. K is convinced he is coming to town to say that either 1) he's engaged or 2) he got his gf pregnant - lol! Either way I'll be happy.
Sunday - more kitchen?
Tonight - BUSY BUSY! We need to go to the grocery store and the liquor store. L needs to make her famous carrot cake for our nanny's birthday and assemble the casserole for tomorrow's dinner. Plus, I need to clean the house.
Tomorrow morning I am taking the kids to a Truck Touch (they have fire trucks, ambulances, construction vehicles, etc that the kids can sit in/pretend to drive/etc) while L does schoolwork. Home for lunch and naps. In the evening our nanny is coming over with her new boyfriend to celebrate her birthday.We're having pecan chicken, cauliflower au gratin, tomato/mozzerella salad/ carrot cake. YUM.
Sunday L will do more school work and I'll take the kids to the playground and to Costco (I am hoping for no rain!) No idea what we'll do after lunch. Perhaps a friend and her son will come over for a playdate. And we'll gear up for next week.
Maybe I don't have a heightened sense of smell, but I've never smelled any vagina on my pants. -- TSD

Tonight I'm flying solo b/c A has a night game. My bff might be stopping by the house briefly.
Tomorrow morning we have foster class and in the evening we're attending a picnic at a friend's house.
Sunday we have a bridal shower then normal weekend stuff.
Blogs: Our Growing Family - CT Working Moms
J is working on Sat. instead of Sun. this weekend so I will be doing my weekend deep house cleaning on Sat.! Although she surprised me yesterday and did a bunch for me so I will prob relax and watch some DVR stuff too! Oh and we bought some new plants for our patio so I will plant those. It is suppossed to rain though so that will be no fun!
Sat night we might go out to Faces, which is one of the gay clubs in downtown Sac, but we'll see.
Sun. I think we are just going to relax and spend sometime together. Who knows though, my family always seems to plan spontaneous things on the days we plan to relax! LOL
