freaking out

So I was changing a light bulb over the stove and somehow shocked myself.  I called the Dr and am waiting for a call back.  I googled (big mistake) and now I am freaking out.  I didn't pass out or anything just a little zip really.  How stupid am I.  I wish they would call.  On the verge of tears now!  I feel like a moron and if i hurt my baby I will never forgive myself.  Argh not a great way to start my weekend.

I know it sounds impossible, but try to stay calm.  If it was just a little zap, I can't imagine it could have any major effect.  I'm sure you and baby g will be just fine! Step away from the google!!!

oh honey, i'm sorry you're freaking out, but everything is going to be just fine.  that little tiny zap went right down and into the ground, never to be seen again. i'm sure your babe is a-ok.  but i will be willing that doc to call you back RIGHT NOW with all my might so you can relax!

The Dr just called and said it was ok.  Since I didn't pass out or anything all is fine.  I ate a bunch of jelly beans so that the baby would kick some.  So now that i am feeling the baby move around some I am feeling better. S is now in charge of light bulbs.
