ww/bandwagon

How did you do this week? What kind of excercise did you get in?

I maintained my weight from my last ww meeting two weeks ago. (that's good) For excercise, I took several walks, went for a hike and did a lot of gardening and cleaning up the yard.

  • I was good last week.  I stuck very closely to my Biggest Loser eating plan, worked out (either cardio or weights) every day, and lost 4 lbs.

    I lost 1.8 which is the first time I have lost in a month!

  • I lost 2 lbs last week on WW. Cool Another 2 and I'm at my pre-pregnancy weight.  Then I get to tackle the 25 lbs I gained before that.  Embarrassed
  • Not bad this week, I lost 1.4lbs.  I gained something aweful last week but it taught me not to drink too much soda.  Good job to everyone that lost this week (or maintained).  Keep up the hard work.
  • Well, I said I was joining the bandwagon last week, but it didn't really happen until yesterday. I worked out for the first time in a long time, and boy am I sore (but so glad to be back on the horse!).

    As far as eating goes, what worked for me pre-wedding was to do 4-5 small healthy meals per day, with the last meal of the day being a protein shake no later than 7pm. I am trying that again, starting today.

    The good weather is definitely helping! I went for 3 mile runs both Saturday and Sunday and stuck to my diet all weekend! Down 2 pounds as of this morning.

  • wow...a lot of success this week. The warm beautiful weather has helped me a lot too!
  • I did at least a 2 mile walk everyday last week, stuck within my WW points and still ended up gaining .5 lbs...but i think my weigh-in last week was just lucky and maybe I just maintained. I'm at the point where I think I need to up the exercise or I'll probably hit a plateau...I've had some good losses up until now though, so I still feel pretty good about how things are going...I'm 5 lbs away from pre-pg weight and I thought it would take me until at least this summer to get there, but now it looks like it will be sooner, yay!
  • I had an ok week.  I lost .2lbs and workout 5 days-combo of cardio and weight training.  This week is off to a great start--I worked out yesterday and this morning.  Plan on working out 5 or 6 days and eating healthy.

    I lost 2 lbs. last week.  I walked a total of 25 miles for the week, did 2 days of weight training and 3 yoga classes.  I didn't do a great job sticking to my low carb diet but I'm not going to beat myself up over that.
     

  • good week over here. I lost about 5 pounds per the scale- which is good. lots of walking and stuck to ww points.
  • I was weak over the weekend as far as food goes...lol.  I ate a LOT of BBQ with DH on Saturday, and Sunday we went out to dinner with some friends and I caved and ordered dessert.  Oh well!  DH and I rode our bikes 15 miles on Saturday and we did a 2 mile run on Sunday (plus some crunches/push ups) so I'd like to hope I made up for it.

  • Hmmmm.....i think i gained 2?  Of my motto "eat less, move more"...i've got the moving more down pat!  But the eating less...is very hard on weekends.  Its not that i'm eating all the time, but i'm eating richer foods...for many of the meals. 

    BUT, i biked 20 miles on Sunday and made it to the gym on Saturday morning and again this morning.  So, i'm getting there.

     Great job to all you that lost!!!  Thats great!
     

  • I put on a pound last week and I knew that I would because I really didn't follow WW all week long.  I am back on track now and hopefully will do better this week!

     Congrats to everyone who lost.  Especially kelfitz!  4lbs is amazing!

  • I lost 2.5 lbs. I was very bad on Friday but Saturday and Sunday between fighting with DH and getting sick made up for Friday.
