  • QOTW: Who is your current inspiration/weight-loss role model and why? My fitness role model is Tedy Bruschi. He is incredible. He is such an inspiration. He is a player for the New England Patriots and he had a stroke. He recovered from his stroke and came back to play in the NFL! He is amazing and has a HUGE heart.

Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. I am proud that even though I wasn't able to work out, I still walked the dogs every day this week.

Any goals for this upcoming week? To get back into a gym schedule.

  • QOTW: I actually don't have one per se, but I find inspiration everywhere. If I had to pick I'd say it's a cross between alicia silverstone and drew barrymore, because alicia is so steadfast with her eating habits, and drew is curvy but healthy. In real life (not movie life) I read a couple blogs of women who have lost a lot of weight, like ashisfit.blogspot.com (i think that's the address) from the WC board.

one thing this week: I walked the dogs every day and went to karate class and tracked all my meals on TDP. ok that's more than one but I was really proud!

goals: go to the gym! I can't seem to make it there with my schedule lately! and I desperately need the weight training.

  • QOTW: Who is your current inspiration/weight-loss role model and why? One is Jillian Michaels. I do a lot of her workouts (they are really good if anyone is looking to mix up thier workouts) and I feel like I'm really pushing myself to work harder from her even though its just a dvd. I also like real-life stories, not famous people, who have lost a lot of weight just by eating better and exercising not fad diets.

Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week. Hmm, I really need to step it up. I did get in my workouts (as usual). I'm to the point now that if I don't get up and workout before work I just don't feel as good all day. I did add in a new longer workout twice this past week.

Any goals for this upcoming week? I just deactivated my Weight Watchers online pass this past week. I decided I wasn't really following the program so I shouldn't be spending the money on it. So now I need to track my eating on my own this week.

  • QOTW: Who is your current inspiration/weight-loss role model and why?

Jillian Michaels. I know it's kind of cliche because she's from B.L. but she struggled with weight when she was young and I love how she is in your face because she knows everybody is capable of their better than what they are giving, which she will make you prove to yourself just how strong you are

Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week.
I lost my first 8 pounds this past week, and, instead of only lasting 2-3 minutes before my legs turned to jello I can go 5+ minutes easily.

Any goals for this upcoming week?
Continue watching my calories and not let certain people drive me to sabatoge my progress.

  • QOTW: Who is your current inspiration/weight-loss role model and why? I really don't have one either... that may be my problem...

Please name at least one thing that you are proud of yourself for this past week.  I got back to eating well... most of the time.. I didn't gain any weight... does that count??

Any goals for this upcoming week?  exercise more
