Re: where to prequalify/fha??

  • I hate Countrywide, they are so slow when dealing with short sales and getting back to you.

We used a mortgage broker and found that to be the easiest to find out if we qualified for an FHA.

We used Hermes Garcia who was reffered to me by my parents who also used him.

If you want to contact him, here is his website:

    good luck!

  • We're using a mortgage broker, too. That might be your best bet. Otherwise, you could call up banks you're interested in and ask if they do FHA loans.
