Market Street Festival
DH and I went to the Market Street Festival in downtown Columbus with a few friends of ours this afternoon. Have any of you ever been? It was actually a lottttt bigger than I expected!! I'm from Texas so all of the crafts/food/vendors were no big shock, but to my friend from Chicago it was a sight for sore eyes, as I'm sure you could imagine!!
Anyway, we ended up bringing home two hanging flower baskets (proceeds went to a Childrens Home organization here in Columbus), an airplane Christmas tree ornament made out of a mountain dew aluminum can (lol, these would be the redneck things that were a tad shocking...but actually very cute, and it's DH's favorite airplane), and a ShamWow!!! I've always wanted one but never wanted to pay shipping...I'm highly impressed! lol 
There was a vendor called Simply Squared Designs who's wooden distressed frames I GUSHED over!! But at $95 a pop, I had to pass 'em up! =( Eh, maybe next year!
Sorry this ended up being so long...it was all to say, if you haven't ever been, you might want to check it out next year if you're in the area. Vendors travelled here from hours away! Lots to eat, see and do. haha!
