Worry Wort.

Yep! Thats me!

I have such a hard time right now just living life, everything seems to falling right back into it's place, and I have hard time accepting that everything is going great, it just seems that everything is going too well. And after being laid off in Febuary and the heart ache that brought, I'm just afraid to let this goodness live. Does that make sense, I'm afraid that the minute it all becomes settled, that the it's going to crumble. Ugh. . . .

Re: Worry Wort.

  • the more time goes by, the more settled you'll feel.  being laid off is a difficult thing to experience, but these days....its just part of life. I was laid off three years ago and it was devestating - but it was a total blessing in disguise! I found a job that i enjoyed much more, paid much more, and offered a lot of flexibility; three years later, i'm still here goin strong (::knock on wood::).  So, just give yourself some time to heal from the major life changes and you'll see that these things often happen for a reason!
  • Try not to stress out too much.  Change is hard anyway it comes (good and bad) so let yourself adjust to the new things in your life.  I am sure you will get more comfortable in time.
