Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Running Buddy
Looking for a running buddy-- any runners out there? I live in Mount Laurel and want to be able to keep about a 10 minute mile pace for 10+ miles. Not sure if i can do that right now but it is a goal.
I ran the Broad Street race yesterday and did it in about 11 minute miles with a friend but would like to run a bit faster...Anyone interested?
