AC for baby's room

I saw a post the other day about how a lot of Mom's had purchased a "self-regulating" A/C for the baby's room to keep it at a set temp...I was looking at a bunch of AC's at Target over the weekend and couldn't tell if some of them did this or not...they had the temp/timer display, but it looked like all you could do is set a timer on them...and not have them regulate according to temp? What brand/model do you have and where did you get it, if you have this type of A/C? Thanks!

We have a GE from Sears for our room.  I don't know if it regulates but I know it has energy save which will turn off when it gets to a certain temp in the room.  Hope this helps.

Sorry I can't help, but I'll be curious to see the replies too.  We need to get an AC for the girls' room.  It gets direct sun all afternoon and already is getting so hot even with a ceiling fan on.
