VA Loan
So DH and I realized the year is almost half way over and we better get serious about buying a house while the market is still good and also so we can get that $8K tax credit! Due to his prior service we can use a VA loan, have any of you used a VA loan? Any recs for a VA approved broker? Any advice in general?
Also, we are looking to buy in the Poway area so if you have a rec for a North County REA familiar with RB, Poway, etc.. please send that my way too :-)
