Here's the pizza crust recipe I've used:
1/2 c warm water
2 tsp dry active yeast
2 c flour, plus more for kneading (I use 1 c white flour and 1 c whole wheat)
1 tsp salt
3 T extra-virgin olive oil
Dissolve yeast in water; let stand 5 minutes. Mix flour and salt in food processor. With machine running, blend in oil, then yeast and blend until dough forms. Transfer to floured surface and knead until smooth (about 1 minute). Transfer to oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in warm, dry area until doubled (about 1 hour). Punch dough down. Roll out to desired thickness, top with toppings, and bake in 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
