Mold professional
Once again, we need some more recs! We need the condo we're under contract with tested for mold since there was water damage and I'm freaking out about the possibility for mold in the walls. I need to find someone ASAP! Any recommendations??? TIA!!!

Hi Candi, I usually have people use Scott Lawson Group out of Concord for the mold testing - 1-800-645-7674 and then we typically use All Brite Inc for the mold remediation if needed. Good Luck!
I guess my Realtor set something up tomorrow with someone she usually works with. I don't think it will be a serious problem but you never know. It's a foreclosure that suffered a little water damaged due to a burst pipe this January. There is a bit of water markings on the baseboard trim throughout and a little mold in one spot on the floor in the living room. I'm just taking extra precautions as mold is one freaky fungus that I'm petrified of living with!!
