Anyone else frustrated by your team?

Sixth Anniversary Combo Breaker

I know it's still early...but seriously, guys.  At some point, my Indians have got to start figuring out a way to win, especially when it means holding onto a lead late in the game.  I had such high hopes coming in to the season; and I'm certainly not giving up on them, but it's really frustrating to watch!!

Anyone else feeling the frustration this season?

Re: Anyone else frustrated by your team?

  • Believe me- I feel ya!  Between the Browns and the Indians, it isn't too hard to believe in [loud whisper] the Cleveland curse.  BUT, the Cavs are on tonight (don't know if you'll get it out there, though) and they've been doing great.
  • I'm definitely frustrated with the Yankees. They're coming into town this weekend and I hope they start playing better.
  • I'm an Orioles fan. 'Nuff said.

At least you aren't a Nationals fan - they are hurting BIG TIME.

Phillies aren't doing too bad - they are ahead of the Mets, so I'm happy!

  • Frustrated isnt even the word for how I feel.... Pens need to wake up and get their heads out of their a$$! All i can say is Malkin where are you? Is this the same team that played in the Stanley cup finals last year and gave the Redwings a run for their money and proved they were worthly of being there!?

Come on Pittsburgh we are the city of CHAMPIONS!

  • I'm an A's fan - I'm just used to it. If I don't expect too much I can't be let down.

As a Vikings fan, I will seriously burn everything I own that is Vikings if they end up signing Favre. It makes me nauseous to even THINK about it.

  • Sunflower, I thought that exact same thing at first last summer when everything started up with him but I have changed my tune.

Just imagine Favre running out of the tunnel just once in Purple, at the Vikings - Packers game.  Cheeseheads across the land would be sobbing like babies. Just to see that image, I think I could tolerate him for a year.

  • Yeah. Twins fan here. I'm not happy with them. Then again, I'm never happy with them at the beginning of the year.

LOL- that's probably true.  But, it doesn't seem to affect Columbus as much as Cleveland and Cinci.

It does in the professional world. ?Their problems are just less advertised because more there people follow college football than MLS or NHL?

  • Yes, but only because they are living up to expectations....

They fooled us at the beginning of the year, thinking they were actually going to do something.
