Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Mothers Day gifts poll
I have sooo slacked off thsi year on Mothers Day shopping. I haven't bought a single thing. So....tell me what you bought/are buying where applicable:

I've complete slacked in this area too! Dh is playing golf Sat., so I guess I'm shopping. The stores are going to be crazy!
Mother: No clue. I think I'll end up getting her a GC to her mani/pedi place, and maybe some flowers
Mother In Law: Dh mentioned he wanted to send her flowers to work. But I want to buy her something else also. She doesn't have a green thumb, so plans is out of the question! LOL I was thinking maybe a handbag. I searched for some this wkend but didn't find one I loved for her.
Sister: N/A They don't have kiddies yet
Sister in Law: Normally don't exchange gifts, but I'm going to frame a pic of her mom w/ her daughter in memory of her mom that recently passed.
Grandmother: Plant
Grandmother IL: Prob a plant as well. She loves flowers and gardens! The only prob is that everyone always gives her the same! LOL For Christmas I have her "workout clothes" (capri cotton pants, and a cotton shirt) and she LOVED it... so for her bday, I gave her the same set in diff colors. I think she has enough for now. LOL

i actually was able to get two of the three gifts this weekend.
Mother: waiting for friday or saturday to go to the mall
Mother In Law: a pretty summer clutch for her vacation, still planning on adding something else to it, maybe a necklace
Sister in Law: a very nice purse that i'm contemplating on keeping...LOL but i can't.
My list is considerably shorter but this is the first year I've actually been ahead of schedule!
Mother: Knife sharpener and mousepad (both requested by her, she made it very easy)
Mother In Law: Mailed a card & going to visit her in Homestead the last week in May so we'll celebrate by taking her out.
Sister: No kids, yet!
Sister in Law: No kids yet either
Grandmother: Mailed a card and spending Sunday at her house
Grandmother IL: Mailing a card and spending Saturday at her house
Mother: Probably clothes for Mother's Day and a GC for her bday (May 13).
Mother In Law: DH and his brother take care of her gift...
Sister: Not sure yet, maybe a GC for a massage or mani/pedi.
