St. Albans Questions - Possible Move

Hi Ladies,

I am interviewing for a job in St. Albans. I was wondering if any of you know anything about the town, what it's like or even live there. Any help would be appreciated. I'm from CT so VT is a whole new world for me.

Thanks so much!

Re: St. Albans Questions - Possible Move

  • My husband grew up there and his whole (huge) family still lives there. It's really become a very family-oriented, cute town in the last several years. Nice restaurants, cute downtown area, close to Burlington and Canada, good schools. I hope you like hockey!
  • Thanks for getting back to me Lindsey, I appreciate it. Is the town friendly? Are there a lot of activities? A gym? Anything you can tell me would be great! Thanks again
  • There are lots of activities and a gym...as for the town being friendly, I really can't say. say. I've certainly never experienced an unfriendly attitude there, but I think that really all depends on your own personality and interactions, ya know?
