Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

iTune - Help!
Hi ladies,
I apologize if my questions are dumb...
I got an iPhone for my dad a few months ago. At AT & T store I had iTune set to my email acct. Now, I want to download some music and games into his phone but don't remember my iTune password. I had used the "Forgot Password" functionality twice but did not get any email.
Has anyone experienced this? is there another way to reset the password?
Does it matter I am trying to login to iTunes from a different machine (not the one I initially setup the phone with- that machine is dead now)?
