Concerned for my health...
I started on prenatals say maybe 4 days ago - I have been totally sick, (like tummy sick). Side effect of the vitamins or swine flu? Should I seek medical attention?

Take them right before you goto bed with a glass of milk. That really helped me out in the beginning.
I had the same thing with the pills. My MD had me try the chewables and I had no more problems. The taste isn't the greatest but it is better than a tummy ache. Reminds me of the bad tasting kids chewable vitamins. LOL.
