Buying our 1st home!
I didn't want to say anything until we were approved for our loan, but we are now officially looking to buy our first home! Our realtor started sending us listings last Thursday, and we went to look at a few places on Friday. I am amazed that there are actually quite a few properties out there in our price range. Since Isabelle, our daughter, will be starting elementary school at The Language Academy (near SDSU) in Fall of '09, we are looking in La Mesa, Del Cerro, San Carlos (near Lake Murray) & The College Areas.
Although I was a nervous wreck last week, I'm now really excited and can't wait until we find something. Keep your fingers crossed!!!
