As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. We're selling our house
We listed our house yesterday. If you guys know of anyone who wants to move to the Eureka area, keep us in mind! We have a little over 3 acres, 3 BR/2.5 baths, and are in the very small area of Eureka that is located in Jefferson Co (lower taxes) but still in Rockwood school district. Our taxes were right around $2000 last year for a 2500 sq foot house, compared to if you actually buy a similar house in Wildwood or Eureka, which would be at least $4000. Easy access to I-44 (man, could I be a realtor or what?).
