Hey Everyone,
Wow! It's been so busy on this board. I'm trying to keep up with all your posts, it's great!
So, we got back on Sunday night and I spent all Monday in bed with some nasty muscle aches, nausea and fatigue. I wanted to cry. Yesterday was not much better. Today seems to be fairing well. Seems to go down hill around dinner/bed time.
BUT I digress....our trip to Jersey was great. My sister's e-ring is gorgeous. I asked if we could switch rings for awhile. It was her fiance's grandmother's ring - it's over 60 years old and it looks huge on her finger. I brought her all my wedding planning materials and bought her some new magazines so she can begin going crazy like we all did.
So, our first night there, we all went out to dinner to celebrate my sister's engagement. I didn't want to steal her thunder, so I waited til the very end of the meal to announce we were pregnant. Actually, what I said was that my parents would be grandparents by the end of this year. They were dumbfounded. It was silent. Now I wonder if they were thinking my sister was pregnant, lol. But then they realized what I had said and everyone was very excited. We showed them the ultrasound pic.
The rest of the trip was ok - very rainy and grey. Told my girlfriends...spent time with my mom, dad and sisters. I love trips back home.

Oh awesome Virginia!! I'm glad to hear you had a nice trip. Your parents are going to have a very interesting year planning weddings and baby showers.
Darling hope you start feeling better. Remember if your nausea/vomitting gets too much talk w/your Dr to see if s/he recommends some RX. Also, take it day by day and keep thinking positive b/c sooner or later it will go away.
Welcome back, sounds like a very exciting weekend, glad everything went well
Glad to see you made it back safely and healthy. So glad they are so excited!
