I'm an addict
Hi. My name is Meghan. And i'm an addict. I'm addicted to Barnes & Noble. It seems i can't wander thru that store without walking out with a book, or at least a magazine. Thank god i have a membership card so i don't feel as bad when i'm saving $1.30. 
And don't even get me started on BN/Starbucks combos! (are they all that way now?) But i did just save 40cents on my iced decaf caramel macchiato.
Let the intervention begin.

I don't know if i can offer intervention - but maybe a shared B&N trip?! we could browse the aisles, find a book & a cozy corner. I love that store - well, even bookstores in general.
Or...I once knew someone that would go to B&N, start reading a book - leave the book in the store, remember his spot & then return the next day or later and keep reading. Instead of buying books, he browsed/read them there. lol
I *love* seeing people do that! During my breaks, i walk to the one on 5th and 47th/46th and there are always people sitting on window ledges reading. I once took a pic of the comics section and the aisle of windows with everyone sitting there.
I'd love BN buddies!! I hate that there's so many books i want to read and not enough time in the day.

just wanted to let you know...and this is just a coincidence - but i'm going to B&N right now!!! lol
I prefer Borders because of the coupons I get, but I know exactly how you feel. I try to avoid the store like the plague now because I'm seriously backed up and I've been trying to save money by using the library instead.
Even more than B&N or Borders, I love Strand. I could honestly wander around there for hours and not even realize it.
