Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Found a way to unsubscribe from those annoying "Get Married" emails!!!

It seems to have worked - finally.
Re: == evap ==
Yeah, after unsubscribing from 4 different lists and still getting emails I was super annoyed.
They're not CAN-SPAM compliant, because according to the new rules you should require people to login to unsubscribe from your mailing list. But if you look at the bottom of the email, it says to update your email preferences login here.
Click on that link and enter your email address. If you don't remember signing up (which I didn't) just put your email address and do 'forgot password'.
They'll send you an email with your password - login.
Once logged in, in the upper right corner there's a 'Edit Member Info' - they had me subscribed to five emails that I know I never signed up for. If you have to edit your info - be careful cause any time you mess up or leave something off - it auto checks the boxes back (AWFUL user experience in my mind).
I think it worked - but I'm not sure. That should help some though - on top of the other unsubscribe actions you've taken.
Wow Amy thanks! I thought I was going crazy.
Sorry I'm just responding I've been busy emailing some awesome people
Haha - no worries. I was so frustrated with them I wanted to send them a not so nice email. Thankfully Gmail has started sending emails from Get Married to the spam box. If I get any more - they'll be reported as spam by me. Rolls eyes.
These people are based out of Atlanta - I'm so tempted to go knock on their door and sit them down for some email marketing etiquette lessons!
