Is the board dying?

It's not the same and it makes me sad. I don't have access to very many "chatting" mediums at work, but this is one of them, and it feels much less busy since the new format. Is it just me?

It is hard now just to scroll through at the new posts, I can't figure out which ones are new and which ones have recently been responded to.  I do not like it, but realize I am a creature of habit and take time to adjust to change.

It scares me to see how many lurkers there really are, not that I should complain because I don't post to everything I read either.

I have to be honest with you. . .I left this board today and although I checked back a few times, the new board is much easier to navigate and read.  I can't believe I'm actually considering GBCNing!

So, the new board is the one Melany made? And it's not nest-related, right? I wish I could go there. But I get the old "Access Denied" stamp at work, and I don't go on the comp at home, because I stare at a computer screen for 8 hours a day at work.

Oh well. Que sera, sera.

I hope the board doesn't die.  I was just getting used to the new format.  I don't really want to switch, but if nobody's going to post here anymore.....

i was relatively new to the nest when they switched over, and i was just getting used to it before. now i find it really hard to figure out like pp said, which posts are new and i hardly post anymore. i think i can get used to it though, and i don't want it to die either!

I think I'm one of the few who doesn't mind the new format. Actually, I kind of like it.

I still go on a few of the national boards, so I'm not going to ditch the nest. I can't keep up with too many different message boards, especially while I'm at work.

yep, I think its dying a slow death.  Or at least many will abandon it for Melany's.

The new board is much easier to use.  It is too bad you don't have access to it from work.  That sucks.  Maybe the Nest will change back?  Yeah right!

hey Amie, just paged you on the Knot...I did go over to the new one but I'm planning to stay here too since I know not everyone is making the switch.  The board will go on, just with different people I guess

I'll be everywhere, but soon only at nighttime since I'll be at the state and can't access them.

I hope this board doesn't lose activity either. I can't bring myself to create one more username/password to get on the non-nest board. Nothing against it...just have way too many places I already log into.
