First Time Home Buyers Seminar
I posted this on the BAH board a while back but wanted to get the local take:
I'm putting together a first time home buyers seminar for people considering purchasing their first home.
If you just bought your first home, are thinking about buying a home, or are in the process of doing so what do you wish you knew about ahead of time? I want to make sure I touch on all the important points.
I've included the 'obvious' topics like the home buying process and how to pick a good REA/Lender/mortgage/etc. for you but I feel like I'm not really a good judge of topics since I've been through the process so many times.??
Also, if something like this was offered in KC how likely would you be to attend??
