crazy day at work
Yesterday was crazy. It came out that 2 or 3 girls at school sent naked pictures of themselves on their phones to boys at school (and other towns too). Well of course the boys emailed them around and now we have a sexting problem. I just can't understand why a girl would a)take a naked picture of themselves and b) send it to people. One of the girls is really struggling with many issues so I wasn't surprised. But another one is a really great kid, an athlete, and great student. It just makes me sad that they would do that to themselves. It also makes me a little nervous about having a kids. Raising a daughter that would not do this to themselves and a Son that wouldn't send such a horrible thing to other people. It is crazy. I am never going to give my child a phone or else they are totally getting that jitterbug phone for old people. No texting no camera!
