Um, HELLO I LOVE IT! This morning I woke up early as usual, I cleaned house as quick as possible so I could get some reading in.
So because the sexist stuff coming up yesterday I thought I would now write my opinon. I know I might not have read far enough for it to show, BUT these are my thoughts. Bella is simply looking for someone to love her, pay attention to her and see her for who she is. She is not just a follower because if she were she would be all about one of the other guys beggin her to date them, yet it aggervates her that they feel like they have to protect her. So far I have only made it to the part where they are leaving the beach. BUT I feel like her attraction to Edward is mainly due to the fact that he is different, and mysterious. It reminded me a lot of how many girls are in high school.
I also want to say that although I'm sure I would have loved this book in HS, I'm glad I'm reading it at my age. It's neat to look back at how you were in HS, and laugh. Even if you weren't like the characters you knew someone that was. It's very intresting to see it from an adult point of view.
I love it, it's great. I will admit I didn't realized just how action packed it was. Although I haven't got to see the vampires yet, I would reccomend it to anyone that like books that are filled with action. No matter if she's just talking or thinking it keeps you intrested.
Re: BC - Twilight
Sphinxy I "summarized" what I read to my sister, and now she's rushing me to finish it so I can mail it to her. LOL
Yay for Twilight! I kept putting off reading it and when I finally started I couldn't put it down... I would bring it to work and read it whenever I had a free moment... I think I finished the whole series in a week.
I felt the same way about the characters... even if you weren't exactly like Bella... it's so easy to remember how your emotions felt at that time in your life and funny to look back on it now... everything was so intense then!
