I replied to your post below, but I'm not sure if you saw it...DH and I might look into using your same lender, since you said you are having such a good experience with them and was wondering if you would want us to give them your name as a referral source...just let me know, not sure if it could help to be a referral source or not.

I'm butting in- hope you don't mind.
I'll let Jan answer if she want's you to give her name or not, but I just wanted to tell you that her loan officer is a good friend of DH and I. We worked w/ him at a previous employer and I actually used to process for him so I know how on top of things he is. He's one of the few people I know in the industry that honestly wants to do what's right for the client and won't sell people into a loan that isn't right for them just to make a buck.
So - I highly recommend trying him out and seeing what he can do for you

I think you'll be happy to work with him. He has been wonderful. He's even trying to take the day off to be at our closing to make sure all the paperwork is correct because we did this in such a rush.
