Need hairstylist recommendations

So I really need to get my hair cut. My old hairstylist is no longer doing hair, and I can't find anyone else that does a good job. I always seem to hate my hair after I get it cut-  I usually take pictures of what I want, and come out looking nothing like what was in the photo. So I am looking for recommendations of someone who does a SUPERB job and also will tell me if my hair wont look good a certain way. Thanks!

She's in N Portland (recently moved from Platform in NW).

I've had my hair done by some of the top people (like the creator of ABBA hair products) and no one has come close to what she does with my hair. She's also an amazing colorist.

I am near Lake Oswego, but anything will do- somewhere out here would be great, but downtown works also.

I recommend Rebecca Johnson at Dirty Little Secret. She's done an amazing job on my hair.

Nicole Billups at the Columbia Gorge Salon.  We grew up together and she always did my hair before I moved away.  But...she is great!  I always had that feeling of "I LOVE MY HAIR" when I left the salon.
