Anyone have a great realtor? - In Arnold
So now that DH and I are having twins, we're definitely out of room in our house. We need a realtor to help us sell our house and purchase a new. We had one a few years ago when we bought this house, but we weren't too pleased. I have no idea how you even find a realtor, and I'm not going to call one from a listing that we've seen because I think they'd be a little bias.
ETA: Arnold is where we'll be moving FROM. Not sure exactly where too, we've got a lot of areas we're looking at.

I'm not 100% sure where you live, but Melissa McLean from Realty Net (in Webster Grove) helped us buy our house. They do alot in Webster, South City, etc.
She is really nice, easy going and down to earth.

We have a friend, Tracey Peterson, that is an agent (we are currently using her to buy too!). ?she's with Keller Williams. ?I live in Fenton and she covers this entire area and then some. ?I think you can contact her through Keller Williams' website, but if you want her number, just let me know and i'll forward it on. ?She did mention that June is when it starts to get really busy, fyi.
We're going out to look for houses next weekend. ?we're so excited!
