Anyone know if there are any diaper services in the area for cloth diaper users?
TIA!
Re: Orlando diaper services?
I plan on using my own washer and dryer. :-) So I would be my "service"...
But I am curious to see what everyone says.
What kind of cloth diapers are you using or planning to use?
Yay! I'm so glad to know there are other cd nesties in CFL. We plan on washing at home as well. I don't know of any diaper service in the area. So far we have 28 large prefolds, and a variety of small covers and fitted diapers. I'm thinking of getting a supply of small prefolds, and then am going to start stockpiling medium and large fitteds and covers.
Hey ladies,
I couldn't find any diapering services but I wanted to do all the washing at the house anyway.
My stash is mostly prefolds from GreenMountainDiapers and Thirsties and Imse Vimse covers... I did get some XS Sposoeasy AIO's and some Kissaluvs fitteds for the newborn stage.
I think once the baby gets to 10-12lbs I'm going to switch to all One-Size AIO's...
I'm having my baby on Friday so hopefully next week I'll be cd'ing at home! Is it weird that I can't wait to start cloth diapering my baby?? LOL

Woah you already have diapers! I'm very impressed. What fitted brands have you purchased? Are you planning on using pockets too?
Ponder-ing whether or not to become a Viking's fan
I was planning on trying to make some of my own since I've made a few before and they needed some tweaking. I know someone that used the All in Ones and pockets and she had told me she found the pockets easier since they dry faster and.
I haven't bought any dipes yet. I have a couple. I have materials to make more. I'm going to register for a few of them if possible....I think Target carries the bumgenius dipes now.I know there are some websites out there that have sampler packages of all the different types of CDs too. I might try one of those to see which I like best. Making them really is the cheapest way, but we'll see how that goes. I need to improve that. I'll also have to see if they fit the babes once he/she is born! :-)
Koko, what area of Orlando are you in? (I'm in Avalon)
Hee, hee. I've been doing a lot of research aboud cds, and figured I'd start early on my stash. I've gotten all mine off of craigslist so far. I currently have 6 Happy Heiney sherpa fitteds, and one Kissaluv (large) fitted. I haven't decided about pocket diapers - may get them for overnight use.
I live in downtown, near Leu Gardens, but may be moving to Conway if we find a house in our price range.
