Candi

Just checking to see how you made out with the mold problem - hope it is all right!

Re: Candi

  • Thanks for checking in! We decided to pull out of the offer. I was freaking out A LOT about the water damage and possibility of mold and called SL and was quoted just under $1500 to have them come an do some testing. We're currently still looking but have to be out of our apartment by June 30th so another rental may be in our future. Thanks again! and just curious, what area do you work out of or cover?

  • I didnt realize it was so expense to have them do the testing.  I am very afraid of mold, I lived in an apartment once and it bothered me, but it was treated and i could breathe fine after.  You never know I guess.  I am a realtor in Ashland, and mostly serve Concord north, I can cover the whole state and would be more then happy to help you if you would like.  Honestly the problem is that I don't know the neighborhoods and such as well as I should south of Concord, so there is really nothing I could tell you about any of the schools, parks, shopping, . . in that area.
