Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

uh oh
I think i'm gonna have to commit an office faux pas....i brought leftover salmon for lunch and i'm really looking forward to it. except my normal lunch crew just cancelled on me so I'm gonna have to heat it in the microwave up here and eat it at my desk.
if i only heat it up a smidge it wont smell that strong....right? 
Or should i forgo the salmon and grab something in the cafe?

off topic: how did the talk w/ your nanny go? i'm sure its going to be really difficult to say goodbye to her, but i'm hoping you and the boys find someone you love just as much.

We finally chatted on Monday afternoon. We sent the boys to the playground with the next door teenager which was a good call. We were all an emotional wreck.
We are trying to figure out what we are going to do. I found a place that does 3 full days of preschool, which sounds promising, but we still need to go look at it and they aren't sure they have openings (we'd chosen an okay preschool for 2 AMs/week just to get them out of the house and our nanny would do the montesorri things with them at home. Now that she won't be here to do that, we are trying to find a better preschool option for them.) I haven't posted an ad for a new nanny since we aren't sure if we'll need full time or part time care yet. It is all up in the air. I have faith that it is going to work out - but the beginning of August is going to be an emotional nightmare for all of us.
